Since I have to go into work late tonight, I've tried to make the day as fun as possible for fC. He gets really upset when I work late and thinks that I have a bed at work. So this morning I got up and made us a fruit salad and when the sun began to shine, took us outside for a pajama picnic! He was so excited to go outside in his jammies and not worry about shoes or a jacket!
We played squirt guns, baseball and picked some carrots from our garden...they weren't very big, but they were super sweet!
Our apples are already getting big enough to fall off of the tree...I always think of apples and September - this summer is weird!
